ABEX Hydraulics & Engineering Co., Ltd. partnered with Esco to deliver a comprehensive solution for their hydraulic system needs. The project involved addressing and solving design challenges within their hydraulic systems, as well as fabricating and building key machine components. Our team engineered and installed critical parts such as the hydraulic power unit system, manifold blocks, and hydraulic cylinders, ensuring the system operated efficiently and reliably.

In addition to designing and building these components, ABEX performed precise installation work, including tube bending, piping installation, and hose fitting. Our expertise in machining was utilized to manufacture the necessary components, providing a seamless integration into Esco’s existing machinery.

The project also included specialized services such as the construction of a gear pump and motor center, specifically using Parker Commercial components. We provided rigorous system testing services to ensure everything met the highest performance standards. Furthermore, we handled crimping for ultra-high-pressure applications, managing pressures up to 30,000 PSI, to meet the stringent requirements of Esco’s operations.
