Job Specification: Customer Support
Company: ABEX Hydraulics & Engineering Co., Ltd.
Location: Company Headquarters, Samut pakan, Thailand
Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Support
- Preparing sales documents such as quotations, contracts, and invoices.
- Tracking orders and coordinating with various departments, such as warehouse, logistics, and accounting.
2.Customer Service & Communication
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services.
- Processing orders and updating customers on order status.
- Coordinating product delivery and after-sales service.
3.Reporting & Documentation
- Preparing sales reports and analyzing sales trends.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database and other sales-related records.
4.Coordination with Other Departments
- Liaising with the accounting department regarding invoices and payments.
- Coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications:
- Gender: Female
- Age: more than 23 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in other related fields
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Has a passion for service and negotiation skills.
- Good at solving immediate problems.
- Have basic knowledge of English language will be given special consideration.

Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Closed on Saturdays (alternate) and Sundays
