Job Specification: Engineer Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support with product and service information: Provide necessary information and details to help the sales team close deals quickly and accurately.
• Maintain design and production standards: Ensure that products are designed and manufactured according to set standards to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Control production and material procurement: Monitor and control the procurement of materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Inspect and analyze problems: Investigate issues and analyze their causes to find effective solutions.
• Manage production and service costs: Control costs to ensure they stay within the project scope for efficient operations.
• Motivate employees: Encourage and support employees to improve their performance and work more efficiently.
• Develop employee potential: Foster the development of employee potential to enhance product quality and service delivery.
• Monitor service results and inspections: Track and review service outcomes to gather insights for future service improvements.

Qualifications:

• Gender: Female-Male
• Age: more than 25 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields
• 1-2 years of work experience
• Has a passion for service and negotiation skills.
• Good at solving immediate problems.”
